At Qomfort Co, we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
